Is free-web-hosting.biz out of commission? I tried clicking on your link, and it was just a generic looking page, and even the main home page, http://www.free-web-hosting.biz/ produces the same thing.

Hopefully, it's just a temporary maintenance issue. A whois lookup says the domain is registered through 2012.
