Off-topic: I get censored at CCC

Postby Volker Pittlik » 29 Sep 2008, 14:22

Just a few minutes ago my following posting was deleted at CCC

The moderators in charge have totally failed.

The only way out seems to be to have re-elections as soon as possible.

I don't see that is against any part of the charta. They simply act as dictators.

Thanks for reposting here Volker. I didn't see that post. I do agree
with your post.

Best to you,

Gerold.

I'm not so sure if that was to clever to bring it over here. But their actions are just without any example. Its some sort of terror (BTW: the one who resigned already wasn't any better).

Strange that such a post would be deleted. Did you post it in the Help and Suggestions subforum?

Yes. And it was not the only one of mine which was deleted. The situation is a complete mess. They should resign and never come back. All of them. The faster the better.

Talking about CCC, Roger - if you read this, you sent me two private messages. I replied to both, but you haven't bothered to read either reply. :(

The thread announcing Zach replaces Thorsten as a moderator is gone too.

I agree they all should resign at once.

I'm not sure what you are talking about. The thread "Moderation Announcement" was moved to Help and Suggestions. The other thread, where Graham asked if Thorsten was resigning, was deleted as it linked to private mod correspondence. I know it's rather brutal to delete the whole thread, but members no longer allow mods to edit posts.

Oh well, you can't please everyone. I sure am glad I decided to take over...

Hi Zach

Ah yes it has been moved to the help forum.

The polls about deleting or editing posts were a big joke in my opinion, and are probably not representative of the members opinion.

I suggest we concentrate on the Winboard Forum now anyway :)
