I'd like to say that this tournament from Olivier has been lively and entertaining. :)

I used to add engines to my fun division tournament using both Olivier's rating lists and Patrick's rating lists as reference material for information, such as ratings list, scores etc. so I could put certain engines to the the division they well belong in. That's really a sensible way to add engines to the certain division, I suggest you try it if you are organizing any such division tournaments.

I've been following the tournament Chesswar X111, and using this as a reference, I've selected quite a dozen of engines to be tested in my tourney.

So I should leave a note to say Thanks for such up-to-date rating lists of _all _the engines ever released, old or new, Olivier. 8-)

Where are Olivier's rating lists? I looked on the ChessWar site, but I could not find them.

Hi Ron,

When you want to select specific engines, you can look for their ratings in participants list.

And in the end look for their scores. Balance them and put the engine to the division you think it belongs in. That way, is a good selection method.

Hi Swami and Ron

Thanks for your interest ! I am glad you find ChessWar useful :)

I probably should put my rating list somewhere on my website. I don't care much about Elo ratings, actually. I just need them to do the pairings.

Chess War and OpenWar are great! I visit your site almost every day when tournaments are running.

Rating lists are very important to me. They help me pick appropriate opponents when I test my engine. It seems that every year there are fewer and fewer rating lists available that are based on 'own book' tournaments.

Keep up the good work, Olivier!
