PGN Scanner

Hello Olivier,

I noticed that PGN Scanner is missing in the 'Related Software' section
and I am not sure if it was there before.
Anyway it is a very mighty tool and it is still updated from time to time.
Currently it exists in version 0.80. I think it deserves a place here.
