New Smirf Engine MS-175e

All supporters of the SMIRF project might download a slightly renewed Smirf bonus engine version MS-175e, bundled together with a more actual runtime DLL (remember: it will need a personal key set). Feedback to this version would be welcomed.

The free SMIRF basic release package still has been left unchanged.
