You may as well add it to the clones list

Hi Olivier,
Since Dolphine has not played in any tournaments I will not add it to the clone list. One of the DomoChessX ICC comments is this:
"I have done so to test the Learning of my program ..."
Not his program, but I will accept his purpose for playing on ICC as testing his learning code.

Hi Ron
Sure, let's leave it alone.
A known tournament director got DomoChess last year in his mailbox and it was found to be a clone.

First of all let me tell you both & everyone else,I have nothing against any of you.
I see where your statements come from, but let me tell you that I am not the owner of DomoChessX,& I have nothing to do with that handle for more then last month or month & a half,at most.
The owner, who was my friend, said that he did not want to use domochessx anymore & that i could be using it for my program's testing,I liked the offer & accepted,a decision I now regret, but thats how it is,you learn from mistakes,i certainly got my lesson.
To avoid any further confusion I hereby have stopped using the concerned account & informed the owner of it & also asked him for an explanation of your statements.
I think your statements have got to do with him & not me.
I state here loud & clear that Dolphin is a program completely written by me,from scratch & without anyone's help,or using anyone Else's code.
I offer you the following :-
1. Mr.Deville & Mr.Murawski come up with a team that they deem fit for the purpose of scrutiny of my program,I have no issue with the members that you chose, till they are at least a known figure in chess computer community. I shall use Google & my friends advice over them.
2. The team will be handed a copy of a executable, current version,of Dolphin for scrutiny.I would assume a week's time should be enough for you to come to conclusion. If you think this is short, please state any definite period you feel is correct & needed for the purpose.
3. After the scrutiny,I would like your team to post their conclusions, openly in this place, this forum, this thread.
4. I would like the community to accept the decision of this team & therefore drop all charges against Dolphin.
5. Dolphin should, thereafter be treated as an original program for all times to come,I am not willing to do this again & again & again.& as a result be allowed to take part in tournaments etc.
6. My source code is & will always remain private, there are some tricks that i use, which i do not wish to make public or known to anyone,i believe i have the right to do so!
7. We shall accept the decision & I assure you that I will not hold this against against any of you for future to come.& enjoy computer chess, after all its just a hobby.
If you agree to the above proposal please let me know & we shall work towards executing it.
Regards,
Anthony
