Hi

When was the first winboard version released?
Does anyone have a winboard version older than 4.0 and can send it to me?
I would really like to see how the old software looked.

First Winboard was 3.0 I believe, based on the Change Log. The first xboard versions were very old, 1991 or so. The earliest version I can find is 3.2pl0 from 1994: ftp://export.lcs.mit.edu/contrib/games/

Thanks fot the winboard version but i get an error when I want to unpack it.
Anyone has the same problem?
