update Tornado 2.1.36a

hello,

Tornado was update to 2.1.36a at my site http://sites.google.com/site/tornadochessengine/

changes:

- Tornado don't moved if playing with LimitStrength, this bug fixed and the ELO rating limited between 1000-2400 ELO
- Uci option for PawnHash was removed and now available again
- Passed Pawn score updated in eval
- Pv display was limited to 12 plys now updated to 28 ply
- extensions was limited to 3*IterationDepth updated to maxply
- Max CPU was limited to 2 cores, now can use up to 8 cores, but i am not tested more then 2 cores, because i have only dual core.
- futility pruning updated to depth <= 6 (was depth <= 3) and futility pruning added to multithreading search too.
- hashtables used in quiesce search too.
