private engine list updates:

Cogito added. Does anyone know the author's name?

EdlChess added (written in Ruby!)
http://prof.tfh-berlin.de/edlich/edlchess/

Ikarus, 2006 computer-chess speed champion, removed: It is commercial, not private.

Thank you to Norbert Raimund Leisner for finding these private engines and proving Ikarus to be commercial!

also:
Argonaut replaces Nexus. Both engines are by Ralf Dörr, but Argonaut is more recent.

Grok, Hossa, Jake, Phark, and Qalat transferred to the inactive list.

Any corrections/additions to the private engine list is appreciated. It is difficult to keep it up to date without help!

Joerg Schaefer (http://whois.domaintools.com/cogitochess.de). Too bad, Cogito is the name of my Go program. I guess it's a different game though, so it doesn't matter. :D

Hi Ron

You can remove "Comeback" from the private engines list... it was just a fun name given by Leo to a private version of Pepito...
