Bergh modification of Fonzy Bluemers modification of Fabien Letouzey's Polyglot.

I might have messed this up, because I see now that Michel has produced two new versions on the same evening, and the one I compiled to include with the Gold Pack might actually be b12.

I guess we will have to make a policy for this: will the Gold Pack always be updated with the latest version of each of its components, or will we keep it stable until a new WinBoard is released. Obviously we do not want to distribute buggy versions, so I had to replace my compile of the Polyglot b8 (and CPW, but not many people probably care about that).
