Old versions of HokusPokus and JaksaH missing

Postby Guenther Simon » 26 Feb 2009, 08:12

Hello all. I am searching for HokusPokus 0.43 and JakSaH 0.12 which I seem to have lost
with the already mentioned DVD backup failure for thousands of collected old versions
last year. I am in a process of adding games to versions which have too few games
in my rating list and noticed the abscence of those two programs.
It would be great if someone still has both and would send them to me. In exchange
feel free to ask for other old missing versions as long as they are/were freely available.

Hey, I like old versions. As a weakling chess player, I like to maybe have a program that I have a ghost of a chance at beating, and old versions are typically weaker than new versions. And maybe I'm just speaking for myself here, but I like collecting programs. I don't care if they're old, or if they're buggy or whatever, it's the hunting around, the poking in the Wayback Machine, the excitement of finding something that hasn't been available for years. I would imagine a coin or stamp collector probably enjoys their hobby in a similar way.
