During my chess programming time (sunsetter.sourceforge.net and a program that never saw the light of day) I got to meet many extremely talented and bright programmers. Now, a few years later I am working on an internet project with a huge potential. We are funded, have the first customers and are just moving into our first small office in Hamburg. All very promising .... but where are the extremely talented and bright programmers who wants to join the effort (paid, plus shares in the company plus being part of a cool project)?
