Rodin 2.1b released

This is a new release. Last one was 1.17.

Main features from previous version:
- Bugs fix
- New chess knowledge
- Ponder
- Speed code improvements.
- Delete counterproductive code.

My tests show a considerable ELO improvement.
Any feedback would be wellcome.
