New installer to properly set the file extension properties?

The old installer for Winboard 4.2.7b doesn't correctly get the file extension properties under Windows Vista x64 (same as Windows XP Pro x64) for the .pgn and .fen extensions.

This is how it currently is set: "D:\Chess\Winboard\winboard.exe" "%1"

That doesn't however when double clicking on a PGN collection open Winboard console game view by default as it would under Windows XP 32bit. How would I correct that? Or is there a newer installer that does fix this issue?
