URLs in ICS

I updated winboard so that the ICS client window now is able to highlight urls and also open them.

It's a feature I've had in xboard for ages because xboard uses whatever xterm it was invoked with, and the ones I used always had this capability. But it's been absent from winboard, and sorely needed, IMO.

I was wondering if any additional functionality might be desired aside from opening the link, such as copy link location. I could have a secondary click on the URL bring up a menu and choose various actions. But if there aren't any reasonable alternative actions, perhaps just sticking with a normal click to open the URL is all that's needed.
