Magnum + polyglot

This new engine does not seem to work properly under winboard + polyglot :

- The original java version plays at 1 ply under winboard
- Jim's compile does not start at all

Tested with Fonzy's polyglot.

Magnum works fine as an UCI engine under Arena and plays quite decent chess.

Engine Bug
It plays ok with incremental clock,not "moves in ..."

edit: it crashes trying 60 moves in 5 minutes in shredder gui

I also get a java error message trying to play fisher clock with 0 increment
I guess its one of the engines that relies on the gui to alwas send a "inc 0".
