Scorpio 2.3 doesn't compile under Linux 64-bit on my box

Postby Alex Berger » 05 Jan 2010, 11:15

Hi,

I would like to incorporate the new Scorpio in the matches hosted on my box but it does not compile under Debian Sid 64-bit with:
g++-4.2.4
g++-4.3.4
g++-4.4.2
"eval.cpp:97: error: a storage class can only be specified for objects and functions
make: *** [eval.o] Fehler 1"

Any advisories?

It doesn't compile here (Ubuntu 8.04) with gcc too. It does with the Intel compiler. However, the performance is so bad I even didn't report it, but am waiting for the next version.
