BookThinker - where can I get it?

I would like to make tournament using Alex Winboard Tournament Manager (http://usuarios.multimania.es/alexwbtm/English/Home.htm). It requires BookThinker and I cannot find it anywhere - http://www.geocities.com/thechessthinker doesn't work anymore
