I'd appreciate any opinions on the above utility for adding/using Winboard engines (stability, any bugs,etc).

It is an extremely stable utility and I recommend it to any one with Winboard engines to install.

I am going to ask you to change your user name "olkowski" to something more in accordance with the rules here.

A full name, as in the one in your passport.

You may make up one but please make it a normal name.

Garry Kasparov will not do.
