Book Tuning Feature Request

Will be nice if WinBoard can be used to manually tune BIN books (polyglot books that is).

I have not made up my mind on this yet. On the one hand it seems you can do this with SCID, so there seems no real need for it, although it could be nice. On the other hand, WinBoard supports many variants for which there currently doesn't exist any book support at all, and even the book-building features of Polyglot would not work.
