Arasan 14.2a

I have re-spun the 14.2 release to correct two issues:

1) Hang behavior with native Arasan GUI.

2) Strength reduction not being operational during pondering.

See http://www.arasanchess.org for downloads.

There should be no strength differences or performance changes compared to the original 14.2 release (if strength reduction is not on).
