slowchess 2960 engine

Hello,
The Readme file of SlowChess 2960 and up say that have an "UCI ELO feature, where is possible to set ELO values between 1200 and 2700.", but do not indicate how to set those ELO values,
If somebody knows how to do it, please comment.
