This is a bugfix release. No changes in playing strength or style expected.

(fix) * Typedefs for Windows build fixed.
(fix) * Fixed incorrect draw claim in "King + minor vs. King + minor" endgames.
(chg) * Evaluation size changed from 32 to 16 bits.
(chg) * Hash entry size changed from 24 to 16 bytes.
(chg) * Small protocol fix for Xboard (start in UCI mode).
(chg) * "console" command (for debug in command line).
