ICCFMasters0915.cgb opening book for ChessGUI

9000+ lines with a depth of 24 ply (12 moves each side) derived from drawn games involving players rated 2500+ from ICCF games in the period from 2004 to the present.

Now updated and refined, with all bad lines and lines that lead to forced draws removed.
Elo classifications also added.
