Hello everyone

What exactly is the evaluation graph evaluating?

I means does it always evaluate white's position, or the player's position against a machine (whether white or black) or the machine's position against a player (whether white or black)?

The evaluation graph shows the engine scores from the white point of view. Through a right-click you can toggle it between this mode, and a differential mode, ('blunder graph') where you see the change in evaluation from move to move.
