AEGT Usergroup implemented

I have implemented a new usergroup "AEGT". Moderator of this Group is Heinz van Kempen. It is a closed group what means the moderator have to add you to the group. You can't simply join. Members of that group have access to the AEGT forum which is invisible for non-members.

Members can create polls and so on. And I hope this makes the adminstration of AEGT a bit easier.

This isn't true any longer. It's an open group now but you still can't simply join. Your request have to be confirmed by the moderator. I'll do not interfere as long as no problems occur.
