Im coming back..so i need some help

Postby carlospesce » 30 Dec 2005, 19:05

Hi, guys!
Im (slowly) coming back to the winboard world.
I have purchased a Dual Core very fast with XP PRO 64 bits
But...some programs dont work!
Example: Polyglot..maybe an cygwin.dll problem?
Example 2: Engman.exe..its really a pain!
Perhaps the prograamers can "fix" this..
Some cheers for all of you and in special to Dieter y Thomas :D

Hi Carlos,

nice to see you back ! And a happy new year... :)

With your problems... well, have you downloaded the cygwin1.dll from Leo's site for Polyglot and put it in the Polyglot directory ? If that does not work -> try it with the windows\system directory...
It's possible that you must register it with regsvr32 cygwin1.dll in console mode...

Engman ? I believe you miss some dll's here too, maybe there is some more info on it's site ?!

Greets, Thomas

Thanks, Thomas!
Ive solved both problems with a "right" cygwin and the "rights" DLLs
Happy new year!
