Thanks for the tip! I have tried it and it works with no
problems in WB. It even does learn, has an implemented
book(which can be disabled), seems to have a decent time
management and minimizes its own GUI, when started
under WB.
It is called QChess 1.02 alpha demo, because there also
exists(existed?) a full version, which costed 25$ in 2004.
I have no idea though what the differences would be to the
full version.
Yet I have also no clue about its playing strength, but a very
rough first guess would be, it's not too weak.
A pity though it doesn't display its thinking under WB but
only in its own GUI.
