Surprise 4.2.8 released

Hi,

I have released Surprise 4.2.8, see link below. The change log is empty at the moment, I have to complete it. There is not very much difference to 4.2.7 but I still want to go through the diffs to summarize what I have done during the past 6 months.

TDs, please upgrade to 4.2.8 as soon as possible, provided your rules do allow this.
