Hi Volker,

The link section and the 'Contact' still point to the old address.

Best regards,
Guenther

Oops, no real problem until the old domain will go. Unfortunately that will happen in a week. Time to move with RWBC too.

I should have added that the 'Links' link doesn't work at all.

I am just waiting for a password and ftp login on a programmers
friend webspace. He is always a bit slow though ;)
(I told him I would need it at least until begin of next week)

Is there still a problem? I hope I got them all now.

Looks good now Volker! But as we are 'at it', I noticed
that the link to 'En Passant' doesn't work anymore.

Best regards
and thousand thanks for being my host
for quite a time :)

To control if the links are working is a never ending effort. There are some tools for it around, I'm going to test them if everything runs as I think it should do.

After one day I can't say much about the new host. But what I have seen looks better than before: very detailed statistic and complete backup daily. At the free (!) phone hotline the guys were friendly and knew what they are talking about. Nothing to complain so far.

Thanks

Time to hurry now. Contract ends at Thu, 31th and I don't know how long it takes until it is really deleted (the old forum remained some weeks longer, but I guess this will not be true in this case).

I case the password doesn't reach you: you can still get webspace for free! (Kostenlos)

I tried already 2 of the so called best offers for free webspace
and set RWBC up there. They were all completely unusable
for my conditions and I deleted them one hour later.
E.g. most of them didn't allow *.zip files(even renamed ones
were scanned), some didn't allow the java pgn viewer, some
didn't allow my nedstat counter, a lot of them screwed up my
css design with banners and so on. Obviously free web space
is incompatible with the needs of RWBC, thus I took the offer
of the programmer friend.
If RWBC is down inbetween for a few days that's no problem
for me(in case I receive my password later than expected).

Best regards,
Guenther
