Embed 1.06

I have an update to my "embed" utility. This utility embeds elo values from elostat 1.03 into pgn files that do not have elo values.

The latest update was necessitated by extremely long engine names. Previously, embed was able to handle engine names up to 30 characters. Now it can handle engine names up to 35 characters.

For example: "Zap!Chess Paderborn 64-bit 4CPU" has 31 char.
