Mscp (unofficial) & Tikov updates available

Changes:
1. Stronger endgame.
2. Better pawn eval
3. Wrote extra resign code.
(to take account of increased piece values in endgame.)
4. Time management adjusted. (Was losing a lot of games running
out of time, having to make rushed moves, forcing bad mistakes).
5. Results sent now (wins/losses/3-fold reps/draws/unfinished).
(Thanks to Leo (WBEC) for report).
6. Just one compiled version now (should work on all systems)

Thanks for your season greetings. I am worried about the Tikov new 35Mb hash size. There is a lot of Winboarders with old PC with small RAM memory. The ideal is something like 16Mb of hash size.
