Although it added a few extra features, strength-wise the last
release (1.5f) was a bit of a disaster. This one's much better,
I hope you like it.

1. Strengthened/fixed eval and a few mate-checking bugs. Sorted a lot out.
Now much more solid in every area.
2. Added mscp.ini config file (resign/fifty-move-rule on/off & material values)
3. Hash size fixed at 16Mb (optimum). (I wanted to put a configurable hash
size in the .ini file, for this release, but it's gonna take a bit of
time & work re-writing a lot of routines, altering structs & converting
#defines to consts - I'll get round to it one day)
4. Rewrote/optimized a few routines.
5. Using a new small book for this release.
(from a pgn of 5000 'Scandinavian opening (center-counter -1.e4 d5)' games).
