Winboard resign option

In winboard I notice the options under action but there is not a resign option so if the program clearly is lost you cannot resign for it. Also if the opponent asks for a takeback and you grant it the program will stop playing?.

The resign option is not supported by WinBoard. If you want to activate this option please read the info-file of the programs. Most programs will support this option.

What? There is a resign option. Look again.
You can also type the "resign" command to the chess server directly.
Takeback is not supported. Sorry.
