Group 4 is finished now !
We had some very surprising results :
JWCC 99 :
1 2 3 4
1 Arasanx ** ½1 ½½ 11 4.5/6
2 Bionic401 ½0 ** ½½ 11 3.5/6
3 LG2000A ½½ ½½ ** 10 3.0/6
4 Bring16b 00 00 01 ** 1.0/6
So Arasan 5.2 and Bionic 4.01 are going to the next round.
Arasan hasn't lost a game ! 3 wins and 3 draws.
Little goliath 2000a is out !!!!!. He lost it against Bringer.

I am _extremely_ surprised by Bringer's results ; I wóuld love to know about the conditions of this tournament : time controls, hardware etc. ; I didn't find a post where this was explained but maybe I only overlooked it .
It seems to me that maybe you put some very disadventagueous parameters for Bringer ?? Bringer loosing 0/2 against both Arasan and Bionic is strange , maybe only bad luck though .

Ok : AMD K6-2-400Mhz with 128MbRam. Nalimov and Edwards tablebases.
40moves in 60minutes.
Yes, seems strange to me too. Bringer 1.5 had much better results in my previous tournement (JH-2).

I know, but download is 3.5 Mb and i've tried it twice but i can't get
a good download. Maybe someone can mail me the arasanx.exe (winboard enigine)
