Karl-Heinz sent me his program PGN View 1.2 (in german). Very nice GUI and option (user can replay PGN ZIP files).

This is a very good pgn viewer, it even remembers what the last pgn file was that you opened the next time you start the program. You don't need to speak German to use this program, nothing about the installation or operation of this program is confusing at all, it's very easy to use, so the language that you speak is not very important.
