Gromit 3.0 Init file

Where exactly does the Gromit.ini file go in Chessbase(Fritz 5.32)? I followed
Frank's directions and got Gromit running by placing the ini in the gromit sub-directory. I than ran the Louguet testset and got a score of 2020. This does
not seem right since Gromit 2.20 scored 2240 on the same machine(pent 400).
I suspect I might be doing something wrong to cause this poorer result. Anyone
care to hazard a guess or have run this test on Gromit 3.0?
