Hello, we are still in the 8th round. in the moment Junior6a fights against Rebel-Century 1.2.
It looks like Junior6a has a better position, but rebel defends very clever and the game comes into endgame, so maybe rebel has still draw-chances.
the game between shredder4 and chessmaster6000 was a clear win for chessmaster. a very nice game...

I have published another game before, the very attractive game
between CSTal and Rebel-Tiger.
I will now show this game again with a few comments and
evaluations of the 2 programs, so that you can see how different they
evaluated the situations.
Here the game CSTal2.03 with some comments:

exd5 {+1.14} Rb8 {with this move tiger goes into minus a little, so very late getting the idea of the position. it considers a long time about Rb8} 22. Rxb8 Qxb8 {-0.22} 23. Qe4 {+0.99} Nb6 {-0.02 rebel-tiger again believes this is nearly sero, even evaluates it +0.02 later. a mistake...} 24. Nf3 Bb7 {cstal believes this was a big mistake and it's score increases. rebel-tiger says -0.08 in ply 11, doing arround 133.000 NPS. -0.14 in ply 12 and 13. the main-line shows the moves that will come, but it does not evaluate these moves right. it is: Bb7 Ng5 g6 Nxf7 Bxd5 Nh6+ Kf8 Qg4 Bxg2 Kxg2 Qa8+ f3 Bd6 Qg5 Nd7 Rxe8+ Qxe8. what a pity! CSTal often has the opposite problem. it evaluates nicely, but has wrong main-lines :-)))} 25. Ng5 {+2.82} g6 {now rebel-tigers score decreases to -1.14 in ply 12. how can it oversee a move that was in it's main-line before? -1.70 in ply 13.} 26.
