fic+engine winboard??

hello, i have the fics.bat with this command winboard -zp -ics -icshost freechess.org -autoflag -fcp=dragon311 /fd="c:\program files\winboard\dragon311" /sd="c:\program files\winboard\dragon311" -icshelper timeseal, but when i m connect to fic ,its connect fine but in the same time winboard say me " Can't open winboard, the specify file is undiscoverable,
whats happen?? help me plz. cizia

Shouldn't you add xboard after the name of the executable?
