My complaint about your site is from the download page:

It has been established that PGN game scores are not copyrightable.
You take free programs that you did not create and run games with them.
Then you claim that you own the output. I find this deplorable, and disgusting.
I suggest that you remove these offensive notices.

I am very sorry that these two lines upset you so much.
I don't think there's anything wrong with them. The PGN files can be used for personal viewing and analysing purposes.
Let the poor man, who has spent days in order to organize the games correctly, dispose over them.
If you would like to use them for a certain purpose, you can write me.
If a chess program writer wouldn't like to see me publish the results of his program, claiming copyright, he can write me, and I remove them immediately. However, nothing of the kind has happened so far.
May I ask you to post your further complaints of this nature to my email address directly?

Even if those issues directly relate to the dissemination of information created by Winboard programs?
Suppose that I run the same settings as WYx does and create the identical output. Have I violated his copyright?
In my ire, I intend to cut off the entire nation of hungary from my ftp site, as soon as I figure out how to do it.
You cannot possibly imagine how annoying I consider the affront to be.
