Whatever it was that got wrote using your name that was rude, I didn't read it. Admitedly I don't read everything though. I thought yesterday that a reply that I had made to Dann had dissapeared along with Dann's post too, so maybe they were connected with that somehow. But then I really don't remember if it was something here at the Winboard Forum or at CCC, so I just said "oh well", I don't know what happened. I never got an email about it.

Hi Imran,
I have not see the messages today.
We have a lot of NN poster in german fora. The messages are not important in my eyes. Now people wrote with an other name. I hope Volker has the IP Adress.
I can write the name from this person in my News Ticker !

It was an anonymous, the IP was fake. Imran's post wasn't rude at all. But I deleted both postings to prevent a discussion like this. The trolls enjoy it. That's the only purpose for this kind of posts. Let's don't feed the trolls.
I sent an email to Imran which was misleading. I apologize for this.
I don't know what I can do else.

No, it wasn't deleted, I found it. I was wrong about the subject and that's why I couldn't find it (what was being talked about was different than the original subject). I thought that maybe it had been removed as part of the thread of the rude post that Imran mentioned.
That's sort of a problem when someone can come along and assume your identity in the forum. I don't have any suggestions on how to avoid that problem.
