Hello to all!
I want to Amy plays another opening variations and i know (i hope!) two things:
1)For most control of the book i can added some nags (?)
2)How to build book.pgn
I assume that eco.pgn is for variations and Book.pgn is a database, but is this really?
I hope my chess friends can understand my horrible englisch :-)
Thanks for advance

Hello Carlos,
Here's how to make a Amy book:
1) Start Amy in text mode.
2) Type "eco eco.pgn" and eco.db is created.
3) Type "bookup book.pgn", where book.pgn is the collection of games you want to use for your Amy book. I don't think nags help, but I'm not sure.
4) Now you've got a book.
5) Try typing "book".
How to avoid certain book lines:
1) Make a text file called something like Learn.txt (the name doesn't matter) with good and bad moves (here you can use nags).
2) Example of lines in textfile:
e4! e5! Nf3! Nf6!
e4! e5! Nf3! Nc6? Bb5?
e4! e5! Nf3! Nc6? d4! exd4 Nxd4!
This means avoid the Ruy Lopez with black and white and use the Petroff and Scotch instead.
3) Start Amy in textmode or continue after bookmaking.
4) Type "prefs Learn.txt" and Learn.db is created.
5) Now you should have eco.db, book.db and learn.db.
I hope this helps. Further questions are welcome.
Best wishes...
Mogens
