Question about AnMon 5.53 and learning

Well, I don't remember anymore how AnMon learns ?
I don't find 'learning' mentioned in the default AnMon.ini file
and the book does not update after a longer match under WB,
actually I don't see any new learn files at all?
(There is a message in the log file 'Add 0 learn'?)
How can it be activated or doesn't it learn at 40/5?

Christian answered me in Leos forum that AnMon does not learn.
(I am not sure though, if it did in older versions?)
