Hello Olivier,
The file seeini.ini must exist in the folder.
The file fenbook.txt must be in the folder.
The seeini.ini is
set_logfile seefile.pgn
Name User
post
book
whisper
book_load fenbook.txt
by me it's ok with the version 0.6.9. I hope that it can help you
