It is awailable for download at the following site:

You just have to scroll down to the bottom of the page.

It is well worth the download. Delfi 4.5 is better than Delfi 4.4.
Btw, another recent upgrade this is much better than its predecessor is WildCat 4.0. Most of the time though, I find upgrades to be disappointing.

The readme in the download says 4.4 and the other files are also 4.4
That's why I asked if somebody who has 4.5 could post a direct link to the download.

I downloaded the same file, and it's 4.5 for me. Perhaps there is a problem with your browser not refreshing that page? If you would like, i can send you version 4.5.
