Announcement: RWBC Class B start date and deadline fixed!

Class B will start August 1st or 2nd. Official deadline ends on
July 28th midnight. (guarantees inclusion in at least one test
tourney before start)
As usual there will be 21 rounds at 40moves/15minutes. Free updates
are allowed along the first 3 rounds.
