I just wanted to make sure that anyone who has a link on our "Ghost" homepage should know that the site has moved to this new location:

Please update your links.
There will be some bugfixes and small updates for the "old" Ghost engine and there might even be a completely new version (Ghost2) in the near future.

Hi,
Phil has plans to use a opening book, but he hasn't implemented anything yet and it is not his highest priority at the moment. There are other more important things like improving the search function and especially completing its evaluation function (especially endgame knowledge).
I can tell you that Ghost2 at least seems to be stronger in direct comparison to Ghost1.
