HI!
I would really want to set the interface like that: set interface something
(examples: set interface winboard , set interface myname etc..)
but i can't because it says: "i can't assign that value to that variable" however how can i do that please? Real thanks

I assume, you want to set an environment variable under Windows/DOS.
set interface=winboard
should work with the default command line shell.
