Winboard 4.2.7a and Win XP 64 -bit ?

I can not setup Winboard 4.2.7 GUI on Win XP 64 -bit
There is such message when i am clicking to install:
Could not find C:\Documents and Settings\Sedo\Local Settings\Temp
