*NEW* - Monarch v 1.7

I've released a new version of Monarch. You can get it here:

The new version version has some elementary knowledge of rook and bishop mobility. It is also better at utilizing past search information to guide the current search. From my tests it seems to be ~20 ELO better than version 1.6. Unless someone finds some bugs this will be the version of Monarch that plays in the ACCA Presidents tournament.
